Part of the Okmulgee, OK to the Ocmulgee River: Rekindling The Fires exhibit. Bright City returns for a fourth year! This year’s exhibition features five Muscogee and Yuchi artists expressing their homecoming from Oklahoma to their ancestral lands here in Macon. This collection is curated by Tracie Revis of the Muscogee Nation and presented by NewTown Macon & Dashboard. Bright City, a major public art experience, brings light & photography to Macon's unique alleyways making them an easier, more vibrant way to explore downtown. Bright City features a curated group of local and national photographers who have shown that through their lens they can transform the everyday into something curious and illustrate the emotional state of Macon. Photographs will be turned into light boxes and presented along the brick path of Macon's 2nd Street Lane.
