A striking mural adorns one side of the Bobby Jones Performing Arts Center in the Pleasant Hill, Macon neighborhood. It took Kevin Scene Lewis about two weeks to paint "No Church in the Wild," using both spray paint and acrylics. The mural illustrates beauty and resilience emanating from a young girl. James Bodell piece called “Diversity United." The work is one long, continuous piece of metal where the only welds are at the base. The rest of the sculpture is a set of seven rings that Bodell shaped to lean in several different directions.
